Corporate wellbeing
Looking after your team is an investment with a measurable return.
Employees who play sport have more energy and perform better. But the effect doesn't stop there: it also changes how the whole company functions.

Five reasons
What changes in a company that moves.
Reduces sick leave
Teams that exercise regularly face day-to-day challenges in better physical and mental shape. The effect shows up in both physical and emotional sick leave.
Strengthens the employer brand
A company that looks after its staff's wellbeing becomes far more attractive, both to talent it wants to attract and to the people it already has, and it improves its overall corporate image.
Strengthens teamwork
Playing sport together — for example, in a tournament between departments — strengthens bonds and team spirit, and that shows up in collective performance.
Improves the work environment
Employees who exercise feel more balanced and less stressed, leading to more relaxed, positive and collaborative teams, and fewer internal conflicts.
Boosts self-esteem and soft skills
Physical activity improves confidence and builds skills like negotiation, conflict resolution and leadership.
We started because corporate wellbeing had become just a one-off yoga class.
Many companies try a yoga class, drop it after two months, and that's where "corporate wellbeing" ends. We believe something more complete is needed: regular physical activity, moments that genuinely bring the team together, and health knowledge people can apply outside the office.
That's why Boost Wellness doesn't subcontract: we train our own team of trainers, facilitators and speakers, and we design every program tailored to the company that requests it.
How we work
Four things we don't compromise on.
01
Our own team
Boost Wellness trainers, facilitators and speakers, always the same people, always available.
02
Tailor-made programs
We combine physical activity, team building, events and talks based on what each team needs.
03
A single point of contact
One person from Boost Wellness coordinates everything: calendar, equipment and logistics.
04
Monthly follow-up
We review participation and feedback every month to adjust the program without waiting for the annual renewal.
Our own team, selected with high standards.
Everyone who joins Boost Wellness goes through a demanding selection process: it's not just about qualifications, it's also about how they explain things, how they adapt a session to a group with different levels, and how well they connect with the culture of each company they work with.
That's why, whatever the activity or format, the standard stays the same: the same team is behind every session.
"We stopped organizing one-off classes and now we have a real program: activity every week, an internal tournament every quarter, and nutrition talks people keep asking us to repeat."
