Team reviewing documents and taking notes at a table

Hiring corporate sport services seems simple until the first doubt hits: who actually teaches the classes? What happens if we change offices? Is there a minimum commitment? These are the questions worth asking before signing anything, grouped into four blocks.

01 · The team

  • Are the professionals employed directly, or freelancers hired per session?
  • Do they have experience working with teams your size and in your sector?
  • Is it always the same person, or does it change every week?

02 · The program

  • Does it adapt to different physical levels within the same group?
  • Does it combine several formats — physical activity, team building, talks — or is it a single one-off activity?
  • Who designs the program: you, or the company delivering it?

"The question that prevents the most surprises: what happens if something changes mid-contract?"

03 · The logistics

  • Who brings the equipment — mats, bands, gear?
  • What happens if you change location, schedule or headcount?
  • Do they adapt to the space you have, or require specific facilities?

04 · The contract

  • Is there a minimum commitment period, or can it be adjusted month by month?
  • How is it measured whether the program is working?
  • What happens if a session is cancelled for reasons beyond anyone's control?

At Boost Wellness we can say yes to almost all of these: our own team, combined programs, and no forced commitment period. But beyond us, this checklist is useful for evaluating any provider before you commit.
